changes:

- new hireable unit - Guard. its specs are the same as Pirate's ones, but it

stands where it is and waits for enemies to take down

- now hovering mouse button over floating entities (e.g. pirate and guard)

also shows their hp

- it is now infdev and now prealpha :>
