Changes:

• added a background with the DeamDung logo to replace the black screen on early game loading
• added a crash screen that will print the error instead of the game quitting and printing it to the console
• you can purposefully crash the game by pressing F6. Do it at your own risk!
• the merging table is now passable
• added slabs for several blocks and a dedicated tab for them in the Item Selection screen
